WHAT IS A HOME WATCH SERVICE?

A home watch service is designed to give you peace of mind while you are away from your home. We visit your property 1-4 times a month and perform a visual assessment of the interior and exterior of your home looking for obvious issues. We design a checklist based on your individual needs and concerns. If a situation does arise, you will be notified so the problem can be dealt with in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We service all of Sarasota and Manatee counties, St Petersburg, the eastern portion of Hillsborough county (Sun City, Wimauma, Ruskin, Apollo Beach and Brandon).

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VISIT?

With each visit, we look for signs of water leaks, mold/mildew, pests/rodents, vandalism/break-in, storm damage, and squatters. We verify your pool, yard and landscape are being maintained. We check your HVAC system, irrigation system, appliances and other mechanical equipment.

WHAT ABOUT WHEN I’M HERE?

Normally, when a homeowner is in residence for an extended time, e.g. for the winter season, we suspend service according to your schedule. However, we are always available to assist with any project while you are in town.

ARE YOU INSURED?

YES! We carry a $2M aggregate Comprehensive Liability policy.  Our certificate of insurance is available upon request.

HOW MUCH DOES THIS SERVICE COST?

No two properties are alike.  Our rates are very competitive and are based on the size of the property, and the extent and frequency of services.  Our recommendation is a minimum of 2 visits per month to ensure proper monitoring.  Please contact us to discuss your exact requirements or have us visit your property for a free consultation.

DO YOU PROVIDE A STATUS REPORT?

Our home checks are customized to fit your needs and are completed with state of the art GPS-enabled reporting software that provides you proof that we have been to your house. These reports can be saved to show your insurance company proof that a professional company is looking after your home.

WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We are set up to accept online payments via credit/debit cards and ACH bank transfers. We also accept checks and cash. You will receive an emailed invoice on the first of every month of service.
