Q. What types of payments do you accept?
A. We invoice via the Square app by email and accept all major credit cards, debit cards or ACH bank transfers.
Q. Can I save money on my service by paying you annually or semi-annually?
A. No, our service is essentially a month-to-month service and billing is usually interrupted during homeowners' extended stays.
Q. Can you schedule your periodic home watch visit to coincide with a delivery or service during any particular month?
A. Yes, absolutely, we are always happy to accomodate our clients.
Q. Would you consider an exterior walk-around only service?
A. Yes, we will gladly do that. Keep in mind that for a minimal extra fee, we can do a full interior/exterior inspection. For a property under 3,000 square feet, a once a month exterior/interior inspection would typically cost $40. A walk-around only visit would be $30.
Q. Do I have to sign a long term contract for service?
A. No, we have no long term contracts. Your service is considered to be month to month. We do require a signed service agreement giving us access to the property and specifies the scope of work and fee schedule.
Q. Why is it best to have your company watch my house as opposed to my neighbor?
A. Home watch professionals are trained and experienced to look for problems as they begin. Not to mention we are insured for your peace of mind.
Q. How many photos can/will you take of my home during each inspection?
A. Our home watch software allows for an unlimited number of photos. A home watch visit may include 15-30+ photos depending on size of the property. Some homeowners prefer that included photos be limited to significant findings only. Our checklists and reports are customized to our client's wishes. Our software also automatically tags photos with GPS coordinates and the date and time, so you know exactly when and where we conducted the inspection.
